One of the signature dishes made from Edashi Edamame and sago flour, combined with quail eggs to create a delicious, healthy, and practical dish. It is rich in extra protein and fiber, as well as gluten-free.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame: 200 g
- Quail eggs: 6 pieces
- Sago flour: 1/2 tbsp
- Onion: 1/2 piece
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Tomato ketchup: 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce: 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
- Water (as needed)
- Salt: 1/4 tsp
- Pepper: 1/4 tsp
- Carrot: 1/2 piece
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin. Set aside.
- Boil the quail eggs until cooked, then peel the skin. Set aside.
- Sauté chopped garlic and onion slices until fragrant.
- Add the quail eggs and carrot slices, then stir-fry until cooked.
- Add the edamame, oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, Sapapua sago flour, and water. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- The Edamame Egg Stir-Fry is ready to be served.
