One of the signature dishes made from Edashi Edamame and sago flour, combined with quail eggs to create a delicious, healthy, and practical dish. It is rich in extra protein and fiber, as well as gluten-free.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame: 200 g
  2. Quail eggs: 6 pieces
  3. Sago flour: 1/2 tbsp
  4. Onion: 1/2 piece
  5. Garlic: 1 clove
  6. Tomato ketchup: 1 tbsp
  7. Chili sauce: 1 tbsp
  8. Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
  9. Water (as needed)
  10. Salt: 1/4 tsp
  11. Pepper: 1/4 tsp
  12. Carrot: 1/2 piece

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin. Set aside.
  2. Boil the quail eggs until cooked, then peel the skin. Set aside.
  3. Sauté chopped garlic and onion slices until fragrant.
  4. Add the quail eggs and carrot slices, then stir-fry until cooked.
  5. Add the edamame, oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, Sapapua sago flour, and water. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. The Edamame Egg Stir-Fry is ready to be served.
