A healthy, practical, and simple dish, Edamame with Lime Leaves. Made from a combination of protein-rich Edamame Edashi, tofu, and various spices to taste, along with lime leaves that add a fragrant aroma and a spicy kick that will make you crave more.
Ingredients
- Edamame Edashi 100 grams
- Tofu (white) 1 piece
- Red chili 5 pieces
- Shallots 5 cloves
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Bird’s eye chili 11 pieces
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Lime leaves 9 leaves
- Pepper 1 teaspoon
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skins. Set aside.
- Dice the tofu, then fry until cooked. Set aside.
- Blend the shallots, garlic, and red chili, then sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced bird’s eye chili, lime leaves, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add tofu and edamame, and cook until evenly heated through.
- Edamame with lime leaves is ready to be served.
