A healthy, practical, and simple dish, Edamame with Lime Leaves. Made from a combination of protein-rich Edamame Edashi, tofu, and various spices to taste, along with lime leaves that add a fragrant aroma and a spicy kick that will make you crave more.

Ingredients

  1. Edamame Edashi 100 grams
  2. Tofu (white) 1 piece
  3. Red chili 5 pieces
  4. Shallots 5 cloves
  5. Garlic 3 cloves
  6. Bird’s eye chili 11 pieces
  7. Salt 1 teaspoon
  8. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  9. Lime leaves 9 leaves
  10. Pepper 1 teaspoon

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skins. Set aside.
  2. Dice the tofu, then fry until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Blend the shallots, garlic, and red chili, then sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced bird’s eye chili, lime leaves, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Add tofu and edamame, and cook until evenly heated through.
  6. Edamame with lime leaves is ready to be served.
