Ingredients

  1. Edashi edamame 150 grams
  2. Sago flour cendol 30 grams
  3. Cassava tape 30 grams
  4. Jackfruit 30 grams
  5. Jelly 30 grams
  6. Sweetened condensed milk 30 grams
  7. Coco pandan syrup 20 grams
  8. Ice cubes 200 grams

Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare the sago flour cendol.
  2. Soak Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the edamame.
  3. Cut the cassava tape, jackfruit, and jelly into desired sizes.
  4. Blend the ice cubes until crushed, then place them in a bowl or glass.
  5. Add the peeled Edashi edamame, sago flour cendol, cassava tape, jackfruit, and jelly into the bowl or glass filled with crushed ice.
  6. Pour sweetened condensed milk and coco pandan syrup over the bowl or glass as desired. You can substitute these sweeteners with other options based on your preference.
