Edamame Chai Tea, a refreshing and healthy drink made from a blend of protein-rich Edashi edamame with chai tea, ginger, and cinnamon, offering a warm and invigorating sensation.
Ingredients
- Water: 400 grams
- Edashi edamame (peeled): 100 grams
- Ginger: 20 grams
- Cinnamon stick: 1
- Cardamom: 0.45 grams (3 pods)
- Cloves: 0.20 grams (3 cloves)
- Sugar: 3 tbsp
- Tea bags: 2
Preparation Steps
- Blend the edamame with water.
- Strain through a fine sieve and separate the pulp. Set aside.
- Peel the ginger and slice it thinly. Place it in a tea bag along with the cloves and cardamom.
- Heat the edamame extract, then add the tea bag with ginger, cloves, and cardamom. Also add the cinnamon stick.
- Add the sugar. Heat until it boils and the aroma is released.
- Dip the tea bags until the color changes.
- Your Edamame Chai Tea is ready to serve. It can be enjoyed hot or cold.
