Edamame Chai Tea, a refreshing and healthy drink made from a blend of protein-rich Edashi edamame with chai tea, ginger, and cinnamon, offering a warm and invigorating sensation.

Ingredients

  1. Water: 400 grams
  2. Edashi edamame (peeled): 100 grams
  3. Ginger: 20 grams
  4. Cinnamon stick: 1
  5. Cardamom: 0.45 grams (3 pods)
  6. Cloves: 0.20 grams (3 cloves)
  7. Sugar: 3 tbsp
  8. Tea bags: 2

Preparation Steps

  1. Blend the edamame with water.
  2. Strain through a fine sieve and separate the pulp. Set aside.
  3. Peel the ginger and slice it thinly. Place it in a tea bag along with the cloves and cardamom.
  4. Heat the edamame extract, then add the tea bag with ginger, cloves, and cardamom. Also add the cinnamon stick.
  5. Add the sugar. Heat until it boils and the aroma is released.
  6. Dip the tea bags until the color changes.
  7. Your Edamame Chai Tea is ready to serve. It can be enjoyed hot or cold.
