One of the refreshing drinks made from a blend of Edashi edamame with Hojicha tea, complemented with vanilla syrup and whipping cream, creating a unique and refreshing flavor.
Ingredients
- Fresh milk: 120 ml
- Hot water: 80 ml
- Edashi edamame (peeled): 75 grams
- Vanilla syrup: 20 ml
- Hojicha powder: 1 1/2 tsp
- Ice cubes: 200 grams
- Whipped cream: As needed
Preparation Steps
- Dissolve the Hojicha powder in hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Soak the Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel.
- Blend the Edashi edamame, Hojicha solution, vanilla syrup, fresh milk, and ice cubes.
- Pour into a glass and add whipped cream as needed.
- Your Hojicha Frappemame is ready to serve!
