One of the refreshing drinks made from a blend of Edashi edamame with Hojicha tea, complemented with vanilla syrup and whipping cream, creating a unique and refreshing flavor.

Ingredients

  1. Fresh milk: 120 ml
  2. Hot water: 80 ml
  3. Edashi edamame (peeled): 75 grams
  4. Vanilla syrup: 20 ml
  5. Hojicha powder: 1 1/2 tsp
  6. Ice cubes: 200 grams
  7. Whipped cream: As needed

Preparation Steps

  1. Dissolve the Hojicha powder in hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Soak the Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel.
  3. Blend the Edashi edamame, Hojicha solution, vanilla syrup, fresh milk, and ice cubes.
  4. Pour into a glass and add whipped cream as needed.
  5. Your Hojicha Frappemame is ready to serve!
