Introducing the Vegan Edamame Popsicle, made with two key ingredients: Edamame Edashi and Sago Flour. It’s healthy, gluten-free, and packed with protein!

Ingredients

  1. Edamame Edashi 250 grams
  2. Water 300 ml
  3. Instant coconut milk 65 grams
  4. Granulated sugar 50 grams
  5. Sago flour 10 grams
  6. SP (whipping agent) 5 grams
  7. Salt 1/4 tsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skins.
  2. Blend the peeled Edamame Edashi with water, then strain.
  3. Pour the Edamame juice into a pot. Add sago flour, instant coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir until well dissolved.
  4. Cook until it thickens.
  5. Pour into a container and let it cool to room temperature. Then, place it in the freezer for 3 hours.
  6. Remove and stir the mixture again using a mixer, adding SP until well combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert wooden sticks.
  8. Freeze again for 12 hours.
  9. Vegan Edamame Popsicle is ready to serve.
