Introducing the Vegan Edamame Popsicle, made with two key ingredients: Edamame Edashi and Sago Flour. It’s healthy, gluten-free, and packed with protein!
Ingredients
- Edamame Edashi 250 grams
- Water 300 ml
- Instant coconut milk 65 grams
- Granulated sugar 50 grams
- Sago flour 10 grams
- SP (whipping agent) 5 grams
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skins.
- Blend the peeled Edamame Edashi with water, then strain.
- Pour the Edamame juice into a pot. Add sago flour, instant coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir until well dissolved.
- Cook until it thickens.
- Pour into a container and let it cool to room temperature. Then, place it in the freezer for 3 hours.
- Remove and stir the mixture again using a mixer, adding SP until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert wooden sticks.
- Freeze again for 12 hours.
- Vegan Edamame Popsicle is ready to serve.
