A refreshing and healthy drink perfect for enjoying on Christmas Day, the Christmas Smoothie. This drink is made from a combination of fruits and Edashi edamame, creating a refreshing and nutritious flavor.
Ingredients
- Edashi edamame: 300 grams
- Spinach: 100 grams
- Kiwi: 1 piece
- Strawberry: 5 pieces
- Dragon fruit: 1/2 piece
- Liquid sugar: 30 ml
- Ice cubes: 100 grams
- Water: 300 ml
Preparation Steps
- Soak the Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin.
- Clean and peel the dragon fruit and kiwi, then cut them into cubes. Set aside.
- Cut the cleaned fruits and vegetables into small pieces, then store and freeze them in the refrigerator.
- Blend the frozen edamame, spinach, and kiwi, adding sugar and water, then pour into a glass.
- Blend the frozen strawberry and dragon fruit, add ice cubes, and pour on top of the smoothie.
- The smoothie is ready to serve!
