A refreshing and healthy drink perfect for enjoying on Christmas Day, the Christmas Smoothie. This drink is made from a combination of fruits and Edashi edamame, creating a refreshing and nutritious flavor.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi edamame: 300 grams
  2. Spinach: 100 grams
  3. Kiwi: 1 piece
  4. Strawberry: 5 pieces
  5. Dragon fruit: 1/2 piece
  6. Liquid sugar: 30 ml
  7. Ice cubes: 100 grams
  8. Water: 300 ml

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin.
  2. Clean and peel the dragon fruit and kiwi, then cut them into cubes. Set aside.
  3. Cut the cleaned fruits and vegetables into small pieces, then store and freeze them in the refrigerator.
  4. Blend the frozen edamame, spinach, and kiwi, adding sugar and water, then pour into a glass.
  5. Blend the frozen strawberry and dragon fruit, add ice cubes, and pour on top of the smoothie.
  6. The smoothie is ready to serve!
