Baked Edamame Pocket is a healthy snack made from a crispy dough filled with protein-rich Edamame Edashi and wrapped in aluminum foil.
Ingredients
- Edamame Edashi 150 grams
- Garlic powder 1⁄2 tsp
- Salt 1⁄4 tsp
- Paprika powder 1⁄4 tsp
Preparation Steps
- Soak the Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes. Drain well.
- Mix the Edamame Edashi with garlic powder, salt, and paprika powder. Stir until evenly coated.
- Take a piece of aluminum foil and place the seasoned Edamame Edashi on it.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Your Edamame Pocket is ready to enjoy!
