Baked Edamame Pocket is a healthy snack made from a crispy dough filled with protein-rich Edamame Edashi and wrapped in aluminum foil.

Ingredients

  1. Edamame Edashi 150 grams
  2. Garlic powder 1⁄2 tsp
  3. Salt 1⁄4 tsp
  4. Paprika powder 1⁄4 tsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Mix the Edamame Edashi with garlic powder, salt, and paprika powder. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Take a piece of aluminum foil and place the seasoned Edamame Edashi on it.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
  5. Your Edamame Pocket is ready to enjoy!
