Ingredients

A. Salsa

  1. Edamame Edashi 300 grams
  2. Jalapeno 20 grams
  3. Green tomato 30 grams
  4. Green bell pepper 20 grams
  5. Cilantro 50 grams
  6. Ground coriander 1 tsp
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 1 tsp

B. Grilled Chicken

  1. Boneless chicken thigh 1 piece
  2. Salt ½ tsp
  3. Black pepper ¼ tsp
  4. Chicken bouillon powder ½ tsp
  5. Sesame oil 5 ml
  6. Oyster sauce 1 tsp

C. Accompaniments

  1. Sourdough
  2. Butter
  3. Tomato

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin. Set aside.
  2. Make the salsa by finely chopping all the ingredients, then mix them together evenly. Set aside.
  3. Coat the chicken with all the seasonings until evenly covered, then cook over low heat until fully cooked. Set aside.
  4. Toast the sourdough bread, buttered, over low heat until golden brown.
  5. Place tomato slices, grilled chicken slices, and the prepared salsa on the bread.
  6. The sandwich is ready to be served.
