Ingredients
A. Salsa
- Edamame Edashi 300 grams
- Jalapeno 20 grams
- Green tomato 30 grams
- Green bell pepper 20 grams
- Cilantro 50 grams
- Ground coriander 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
B. Grilled Chicken
- Boneless chicken thigh 1 piece
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Chicken bouillon powder ½ tsp
- Sesame oil 5 ml
- Oyster sauce 1 tsp
C. Accompaniments
- Sourdough
- Butter
- Tomato
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin. Set aside.
- Make the salsa by finely chopping all the ingredients, then mix them together evenly. Set aside.
- Coat the chicken with all the seasonings until evenly covered, then cook over low heat until fully cooked. Set aside.
- Toast the sourdough bread, buttered, over low heat until golden brown.
- Place tomato slices, grilled chicken slices, and the prepared salsa on the bread.
- The sandwich is ready to be served.
