About the Dish
Rice mixed with Edashi Edamame and shaped into a triangle wrapped with nori.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame 100gr
- Nori 1 sheet
- Sesame seeds, 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Boiled carrot, 1 piece
- Rice 260 gr
Steps
- Soak Edashi® Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel. Set aside.
- Boil the carrot and dice it into small cubes. Set aside.
- Cut nori into medium-sized pieces, approximately 4×12 cm. Set aside.
- Mix rice, edamame, sesame seeds, salt, and carrots, stirring until evenly combined.
- Shape the rice into a triangle and wrap it with the nori on the outside.
- Edamame onigiri is ready to serve.
