Onigiri Edamame

About the Dish

Rice mixed with Edashi Edamame and shaped into a triangle wrapped with nori.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame 100gr
  2. Nori 1 sheet
  3. Sesame seeds, 2 tbsp
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Boiled carrot, 1 piece
  6. Rice 260 gr

Steps

  1. Soak Edashi® Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel. Set aside.
  2. Boil the carrot and dice it into small cubes. Set aside.
  3. Cut nori into medium-sized pieces, approximately 4×12 cm. Set aside.
  4. Mix rice, edamame, sesame seeds, salt, and carrots, stirring until evenly combined.
  5. Shape the rice into a triangle and wrap it with the nori on the outside.
  6. Edamame onigiri is ready to serve.
