Ingredients
- Edashi edamame (shelled), 100 grams
- Sweetened condensed milk, 2 tablespoons
- Margarine/butter, 1 tablespoon
- Cheddar cheese, as needed
Preparation Steps
- Boil the edamame for 5 minutes or soak it in hot water.
- Remove and drain the edamame.
- While still warm, add margarine or butter until it melts.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and grated cheese to taste.
- Edasuke is ready to be served.
