Soft texture and super filling! This dessert snack, Milles Crepes Edamame, is made from flour and Edashi Edamame. A must-try recipe—let’s make it!
Ingredients Crepe Batter:
- Sago Flour – 120 grams
- Edashi Edamame – 100 grams
- Liquid Milk – 400 mL
- Sugar – 20 grams
- Egg – 1
- Rice Flour – 80 grams
- Vanilla Extract – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Water – 50 mL
- Melted Butter – 10 grams
Cream Layer
- Edamame Puree – 80 grams
- Liquid Milk – 50 mL
- Whipped Cream – 80 grams
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Set aside.
- Make edamame puree by blending 50 g of Edashi Edamame with 50 mL of water. Set aside.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl until frothy.
- Mix sago flour, rice flour, and sugar evenly.
- Add 75 g of edamame puree, liquid milk, egg, melted butter, salt, and vanilla extract into the mixture.
- Stir the batter until smooth with no lumps.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease with oil.
- Pour the batter into the pan, spread evenly, and cook on low heat until done.
- Remove the cooked crepe and set aside. Repeat until all the batter is used.
- Prepare the cream layer by whipping chilled whipped cream until stiff.
- Add edamame puree and liquid milk, then mix gently until well combined. Set aside.
- Layer the crepes with cream in a dish, stacking them until all the crepes are used.
- Mille Crepes Edamame is ready to serve.
