Ingredients
- Sago Flour – 50 grams
- Edashi Edamame – 50 grams
- Rice Flour – 50 grams
- Canned Tuna – 150 grams
- Red Bell Peppers – 2
- Egg – 1
- Scallions – 5 grams
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Sesame Seeds – 5 grams
- Sesame Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin and roughly chop it. Set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients together, then stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter onto a preheated pan and cook with a little oil until evenly cooked.
