A unique innovation, Tofu Flower Dim Sum. Made from tofu flower, filled with minced chicken, shrimp, carrots, and other spices, and of course, using Sago Flour and Edashi Edamame, which add a savory flavor and soft texture.

Ingredients

  1. Sago Flour – 30 grams
  2. Edashi Edamame – 100 grams
  3. Minced Chicken – 300 grams
  4. Shrimp – 250 grams
  5. Carrot – 50 grams
  6. Tofu Flower – 1 sheet
  7. Seasoning Powder – ½ teaspoon
  8. Oyster Sauce – 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt – 1 teaspoon
  10. Scallions – to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain and peel the skin. Set aside.
  2. Finely chop the chicken and shrimp using a food processor.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and stir until well combined.
  4. Place the mixture onto the tofu flower sheets that have been cut into pieces.
  5. Steam over boiling water until fully cooked.
  6. The Dimsum is ready to serve.
