Ingredients

  1. Sago Flour – 100 grams
  2. Edashi Edamame – 100 grams
  3. White Tofu – 250 grams
  4. Pepper – ½ teaspoon
  5. Salt – 1 teaspoon
  6. Egg – 1
  7. Seasoned Flour – 100 grams

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin. Set aside.
  2. Mash the white tofu using a fork.
  3. Add edamame, sago flour, salt, and pepper into the tofu mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture as desired.
  5. Coat the shaped mixture with egg and seasoned flour evenly.
  6. Fry the tofu mixture until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Tofu Katsu is ready to serve.
