This snack can be an excellent alternative for those aiming for a healthy diet: Edamame Sago Pandan Pudding. The recipe combines peeled Edashi Edamame and sago flour, offering a delicious texture, high protein content, and is gluten-free.
Ingredients
- Full Cream Milk – 500 ml
- Edashi Edamame (peeled) – 100 grams
- Cooking Cream – 100 grams
- Sugar – 80 grams
- Sago Flour – 50 grams
- Vanilla – ΒΌ teaspoon
- Pandan Paste – 3 drops / to taste
Preparation Steps
- If frozen, soak the Edashi Edamame in warm water or let it thaw until no longer frozen. Then peel the Edashi Edamame, and chop 25 grams of edamame (a) coarsely.
- Blend 500 ml of milk and 75 grams of edamame (a) until smooth.
- Prepare a pot, and mix the blended edamame milk (b), sugar, sago flour, vanilla, and cooking cream. Stir well.
- Add pandan paste and the chopped edamame (a), then stir well.
- Cook over medium heat until it thickens, stirring continuously.
- Pour into molds and chill in the refrigerator.
- The Edamame Pudding is ready to serve.
