Salad Wrap is an easy-to-make international dish. A collaboration of gluten-free Sago Flour and protein-rich Edashi Edamame for a healthier body, providing a delicious and delightful texture. Especially when topped with your favorite salad dressing.

Ingredients Wrap

  1. Sago Flour – 85 grams
  2. Rice Flour – 50 grams
  3. Egg – 1 piece
  4. Water – 250 ml
  5. Salt – ½ tsp

Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame – 15 grams
  2. Cherry Tomatoes – 3 pieces
  3. Carrot – 30 grams
  4. Red Cabbage – 30 grams
  5. White Cabbage – 20 grams
  6. Sweet Corn Kernels – 30 grams
  7. Curly Lettuce – 1 leaf
  8. Salad Dressing – ½ tsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare the wrap by mixing all the wrap ingredients and stirring until well combined, then strain the batter to remove any lumps.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan, spread it evenly, and cook until done. Repeat until all the batter is used. Set aside.
  4. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skins.
  5. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
  6. Slice the vegetables into long strips.
  7. Place all the vegetables on the wrap, drizzle with salad dressing, and roll it up.
  8. Salad Wrap is ready to serve.
