Salad Wrap is an easy-to-make international dish. A collaboration of gluten-free Sago Flour and protein-rich Edashi Edamame for a healthier body, providing a delicious and delightful texture. Especially when topped with your favorite salad dressing.
Ingredients Wrap
- Sago Flour – 85 grams
- Rice Flour – 50 grams
- Egg – 1 piece
- Water – 250 ml
- Salt – ½ tsp
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame – 15 grams
- Cherry Tomatoes – 3 pieces
- Carrot – 30 grams
- Red Cabbage – 30 grams
- White Cabbage – 20 grams
- Sweet Corn Kernels – 30 grams
- Curly Lettuce – 1 leaf
- Salad Dressing – ½ tsp
Preparation Steps
- Prepare the wrap by mixing all the wrap ingredients and stirring until well combined, then strain the batter to remove any lumps.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan, spread it evenly, and cook until done. Repeat until all the batter is used. Set aside.
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skins.
- Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
- Slice the vegetables into long strips.
- Place all the vegetables on the wrap, drizzle with salad dressing, and roll it up.
- Salad Wrap is ready to serve.
