Ingredients Pesto

  1. Edamame Edashi 100 grams
  2. Parmesan cheese 50 grams
  3. Roasted cashews 50 grams
  4. Basil leaves 40 grams
  5. Garlic 3 cloves
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients Pasta

  1. Pasta 150 grams
  2. Oil 1 tbsp
  3. Edamame Pesto 50 grams
  4. Crispy smoked beef 10 grams

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin.
  2. Dip the basil leaves into hot water for about 10 seconds.
  3. Prepare a blender, then add all the pesto ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. The pesto is ready to be added to your dish. Edamame pesto can be used for 4 servings of pasta.
  5. For the pasta, prepare pasta or substitute with other ingredients of your choice.
  6. Boil the pasta in boiling water for 20 seconds while stirring, then drain.
  7. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  8. Add the pasta to the pan and stir in the Edamame pesto. Mix until well combined, then transfer to a plate or bowl. Sprinkle with crispy smoked beef as desired.
  9. Pasta with Edamame pesto is ready to enjoy.
