Ingredients Pesto
- Edamame Edashi 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese 50 grams
- Roasted cashews 50 grams
- Basil leaves 40 grams
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients Pasta
- Pasta 150 grams
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Edamame Pesto 50 grams
- Crispy smoked beef 10 grams
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin.
- Dip the basil leaves into hot water for about 10 seconds.
- Prepare a blender, then add all the pesto ingredients and blend until smooth.
- The pesto is ready to be added to your dish. Edamame pesto can be used for 4 servings of pasta.
- For the pasta, prepare pasta or substitute with other ingredients of your choice.
- Boil the pasta in boiling water for 20 seconds while stirring, then drain.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the pasta to the pan and stir in the Edamame pesto. Mix until well combined, then transfer to a plate or bowl. Sprinkle with crispy smoked beef as desired.
- Pasta with Edamame pesto is ready to enjoy.
