Ingredients Edamame Noodle

  1. Edamame Edashi 330 grams
  2. Sago flour 100 grams
  3. Water 75 ml
  4. Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients Spicy Seasoning

  1. Minced garlic 2 cloves
  2. Chili flakes 1 tsp
  3. Sliced chilies 2 pcs
  4. Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Hot oil 3 tsp
  6. Light soy sauce 3 tsp
  7. Black vinegar 1/4 tsp
  8. Oyster sauce 1 tsp
  9. Cilantro leaves 1 handful

Preparation Steps

  1. Steam Edamame Edashi until tender, then mash until smooth.
  2. Add sago flour and water, then mix until the dough can be shaped.
  3. Flatten the dough and roll it into udon or noodle shapes.
  4. Boil in water with a little oil. Drain.
  5. Pour all the seasoning over the drained noodles, then mix until evenly combined.
  6. Spicy Edamame Noodles are ready to serve.
