One of the trending noodles that’s much healthier: Spicy Edamame Noodle. Made from Edamame Edashi, it offers a deliciously spicy flavor and texture. Perfect as a lunch menu option!
Ingredients Edamame Noodle
- Edamame Edashi 330 grams
- Sago flour 100 grams
- Water 75 ml
- Oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients Spicy Seasoning
- Minced garlic 2 cloves
- Chili flakes 1 tsp
- Sliced chilies 2 pcs
- Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
- Hot oil 3 tsp
- Light soy sauce 3 tsp
- Black vinegar 1/4 tsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tsp
- Cilantro leaves 1 handful
Preparation Steps
- Steam Edamame Edashi until tender, then mash until smooth.
- Add sago flour and water, then mix until the dough can be shaped.
- Flatten the dough and roll it into udon or noodle shapes.
- Boil in water with a little oil. Drain.
- Pour all the seasoning over the drained noodles, then mix until evenly combined.
- Spicy Edamame Noodles are ready to serve.
