Melon Sago Edamame is the perfect dessert choice. This delightful treat is made from gluten-free sago flour, mixed with melon jelly agar-agar, melon syrup, and chunks of fresh melon.
Ingredients Jelly
- Melon Jelly powder 1 package
- Water 700 ml
- Sugar 200 grams
Ingredients Melon Syrup
- Melon fruit 200 grams
- Powdered creamer 25 grams
- Sago flour 15 grams
- Water 120 ml
- Melon syrup 20 ml
Ingredients Complement
- Evaporated milk 100 ml
- Sago pearls 2 tbsp
- Melon (cubed) 400 grams
Preparation Steps
Agar-agar Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat until it boils.
- Pour the agar-agar mixture into a flat dish and let it cool until it sets.
- Cut the agar-agar into small cubes.
Melon Juice Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and well mixed. Set aside.
Serving:
- Layer the agar-agar cubes, melon chunks, and melon juice in a dish.
- Pour the evaporated milk into the dish.
- Top with sago pearls.
- Melon Sago Edamame is ready to serve.
