Melon Sago Edamame is the perfect dessert choice. This delightful treat is made from gluten-free sago flour, mixed with melon jelly agar-agar, melon syrup, and chunks of fresh melon.

Ingredients Jelly

  1. Melon Jelly powder 1 package
  2. Water 700 ml
  3. Sugar 200 grams

Ingredients Melon Syrup

  1. Melon fruit 200 grams
  2. Powdered creamer 25 grams
  3. Sago flour 15 grams
  4. Water 120 ml
  5. Melon syrup 20 ml

Ingredients Complement

  1. Evaporated milk 100 ml
  2. Sago pearls 2 tbsp
  3. Melon (cubed) 400 grams

Preparation Steps

Agar-agar Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat until it boils.
  2. Pour the agar-agar mixture into a flat dish and let it cool until it sets.
  3. Cut the agar-agar into small cubes.

Melon Juice Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and well mixed. Set aside.

Serving:

  1. Layer the agar-agar cubes, melon chunks, and melon juice in a dish.
  2. Pour the evaporated milk into the dish.
  3. Top with sago pearls.
  4. Melon Sago Edamame is ready to serve.
