Love snacking on Edashi Edamame? Here’s one of our creative treats: Chilli Garlic Edamame. Made with Edashi® Edamame mixed with spicy chili seasoning, it offers a deliciously fragrant, spicy aroma that’s simply irresistible!
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame, 100 g
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Chili, 3 pieces
- Salt, 1/4 tsp
- Pepper, 1/4 tsp
- Broth powder (to taste), 1/2 tsp
- Water, 50 ml
- Vegetable oil, 1 tbsp
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes.
- Prepare a pan and heat the vegetable oil.
- Thinly slice the garlic, then sauté until fragrant.
- Add water, broth powder, pepper, salt, and chili.
- Let it simmer until the water reduces.
- Add the edamame and stir-fry.
- Your Chili Garlic Edamame is ready to serve!
