Love snacking on Edashi Edamame? Here’s one of our creative treats: Chilli Garlic Edamame. Made with Edashi® Edamame mixed with spicy chili seasoning, it offers a deliciously fragrant, spicy aroma that’s simply irresistible!

Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame, 100 g
  2. Garlic, 2 cloves
  3. Chili, 3 pieces
  4. Salt, 1/4 tsp
  5. Pepper, 1/4 tsp
  6. Broth powder (to taste), 1/2 tsp
  7. Water, 50 ml
  8. Vegetable oil, 1 tbsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes.
  2. Prepare a pan and heat the vegetable oil.
  3. Thinly slice the garlic, then sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add water, broth powder, pepper, salt, and chili.
  5. Let it simmer until the water reduces.
  6. Add the edamame and stir-fry.
  7. Your Chili Garlic Edamame is ready to serve!
