Ingredients

  1. Chicken broth – 200 ml
  2. Edashi Edamame – 300 grams
  3. Chicken meat – 30 grams
  4. Broccoli – 20 grams
  5. Cauliflower – 20 grams
  6. Chinese cabbage – 20 grams
  7. Meatballs – 2 pieces
  8. Green beans – 5 pieces
  9. Garlic – 1 clove
  10. Oyster sauce – 1 tsp
  11. Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  12. Salt – ½ tsp
  13. Pepper – to taste
  14. Powdered broth – to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. Boil the chicken until tender, then separate the chicken broth and the chicken. Cut the boiled chicken into pieces and set aside.
  2. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the Edamame.
  3. Chop the garlic and sauté it until fragrant and golden brown.
  4. Cut the meatballs and vegetables (already washed), then add them to the sautéed garlic and cook until slightly wilted.
  5. Add the chicken pieces, sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and powdered broth, then stir until everything is well mixed.
  6. The Edamame Capcay is ready to serve!
