Ingredients
- Chicken broth – 200 ml
- Edashi Edamame – 300 grams
- Chicken meat – 30 grams
- Broccoli – 20 grams
- Cauliflower – 20 grams
- Chinese cabbage – 20 grams
- Meatballs – 2 pieces
- Green beans – 5 pieces
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Oyster sauce – 1 tsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Pepper – to taste
- Powdered broth – to taste
Preparation Steps
- Boil the chicken until tender, then separate the chicken broth and the chicken. Cut the boiled chicken into pieces and set aside.
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the Edamame.
- Chop the garlic and sauté it until fragrant and golden brown.
- Cut the meatballs and vegetables (already washed), then add them to the sautéed garlic and cook until slightly wilted.
- Add the chicken pieces, sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and powdered broth, then stir until everything is well mixed.
- The Edamame Capcay is ready to serve!
