About the Food

One of the international dishes that serves as a great alternative to rice and noodles, it’s called the Edamame Slider. The patty is made from Edashi Edamame®, which is rich in fiber and protein, and complemented with bread and toppings of your choice. Delicious and incredibly satisfying.

Ingredients Pattty

  1. Edashi Edamame, 1000 grams
  2. Onion, 40 grams
  3. Bread crumbs, 100 grams
  4. Salt, ¾ tsp
  5. Garlic, 2 cloves
  6. Black pepper, ¼ tsp
  7. Eggs, 2 pieces

Ingredients Accompaniments

  1. Mini burger buns
  2. Sliced onion
  3. Sliced tomato
  4. Lettuce leaves
  5. Mushroom sauce
  6. Cheese
  7. Cumin aioli

Preparation Steps

  1. Boil the edamame for 10 minutes, then peel off the skin and mash using a chopper.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant. Set aside.
  3. Combine all the ingredients and blend using a chopper until well mixed.
  4. Weigh and divide the mixture into 40-gram portions, then shape into circles.
  5. Grill the patties briefly on a pan over medium heat. Set aside.
  6. Toast the buns until slightly crispy and golden. Set aside.
  7. Spread cumin aioli on the buns, then layer with tomato, onion, lettuce, edamame patty, mushroom sauce, cheese, and top with the other half of the bun.
  8. The Edamame Slider is ready to serve.
