A delicious and healthy traditional dish, Edamame Fried Rice. This dish is made with peeled Edashi Edamame, mixed with white rice as the base, carrots, and various other spices.

Ingredients

  1. Rice 150 grams
  2. Egg 1
  3. Edamame 50 grams
  4. Carrot 40 grams
  5. Butter 20 grams
  6. Garlic 10 grams
  7. Salt ¼ tsp
  8. Seasoning powder ½ tsp
  9. Radish 50 grams
  10. Pakcoy 30 grams

Preparation Steps

  1. Dice some of the cleaned carrots, then boil them for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice the garlic into small pieces.
  3. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add butter and the egg. Cook while stirring evenly.
  4. Sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add radish, carrot, and pakcoy (bok choy), then season with salt to taste.
  6. Cook until evenly done over medium heat.
  7. Serve the fried rice with sautéed vegetables.
  8. Edamame Fried Rice is ready to serve.
