A delicious and healthy traditional dish, Edamame Fried Rice. This dish is made with peeled Edashi Edamame, mixed with white rice as the base, carrots, and various other spices.
Ingredients
- Rice 150 grams
- Egg 1
- Edamame 50 grams
- Carrot 40 grams
- Butter 20 grams
- Garlic 10 grams
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Seasoning powder ½ tsp
- Radish 50 grams
- Pakcoy 30 grams
Preparation Steps
- Dice some of the cleaned carrots, then boil them for 5 minutes.
- Slice the garlic into small pieces.
- Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add butter and the egg. Cook while stirring evenly.
- Sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
- Add radish, carrot, and pakcoy (bok choy), then season with salt to taste.
- Cook until evenly done over medium heat.
- Serve the fried rice with sautéed vegetables.
- Edamame Fried Rice is ready to serve.
