Ingredient

  1. Edashi Edamame 50 grams
  2. Rice 2 cups
  3. Water 4 cups
  4. Garlic 10 grams
  5. Ginger 1 thumb-sized piece
  6. Button mushrooms 25 grams
  7. Shimeji mushrooms 20 grams
  8. Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  9. Liquid sugar 2 tbsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  11. Dashi powder 10 grams
  12. Miso paste 25 grams
  13. Butter 10 grams

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the shells. Set aside.
  2. Rinse the rice thoroughly, then place it into a rice cooker.
  3. Add water and all the ingredients into the rice cooker.
  4. Stir well, then cook until done.
