Ingredient
- Edashi Edamame 50 grams
- Rice 2 cups
- Water 4 cups
- Garlic 10 grams
- Ginger 1 thumb-sized piece
- Button mushrooms 25 grams
- Shimeji mushrooms 20 grams
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Liquid sugar 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Dashi powder 10 grams
- Miso paste 25 grams
- Butter 10 grams
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the shells. Set aside.
- Rinse the rice thoroughly, then place it into a rice cooker.
- Add water and all the ingredients into the rice cooker.
- Stir well, then cook until done.
