The Edamame Burger is different from a regular burger because its patty is made with Edashi Edamame, which is rich in protein and fiber, making it healthier and better for your body. It is served with a burger bun and a variety of vegetables of your choice.

Ingredients Pattty

  1. Edashi Edamame 1000 grams
  2. Onion 40 grams
  3. Bread crumbs 100 grams
  4. Salt ¾ tsp
  5. Garlic 2 cloves
  6. Black pepper ¼ tsp
  7. Eggs 2

Topping

  1. Burger bunsCaramelized onion
  2. Caramelized onion
  3. Sliced tomatoes
  4. Lettuce leaves
  5. Cheese
  6. Cumin aioli
  7. Potato chips

Preparation Steps

  1. Boil the edamame for 10 minutes, then peel the skins and mash them using a chopper.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant. Set aside.
  3. Combine all the ingredients and blend them using a chopper until evenly mixed.
  4. Weigh and divide the mixture into 60-gram portions, then shape each into a circular patty.
  5. Grill the patties briefly on a pan over medium heat. Set aside.
  6. Toast the buns until slightly crispy and golden. Set aside.
  7. Spread cumin aioli on the buns, then layer with tomatoes, caramelized onion, lettuce, edamame patty, cheese, and top with the other bun.
  8. The Edamame Burger is ready to be served with potato chips.
