Ingredients

  1. Okra 50 grams
  2. Chicken 125 grams
  3. Garlic 2 cloves
  4. Shallots 5 cloves
  5. Lemongrass 1 stalk
  6. Curry powder 1 tbsp
  7. Chicken stock 50 ml
  8. Salt ½ tsp
  9. Pepper ¼ tsp
  10. Seasoning powder ½ tsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Slice the shallots and garlic, then sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and continue sautéing until half-cooked.
  3. Add the chicken stock and continue cooking until fully cooked.
  4. Add the crushed lemongrass, curry powder, salt, pepper, and seasoning powder, then stir until well combined.
