A delicious and healthy Indonesian dish, here’s Rainbow Edamame Soup. This vegetable dish is made with chicken and a variety of vegetables, enriched with fiber-packed Edashi Edamame. Best enjoyed with its flavorful broth.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame 100 grams
  2. Chicken 80 grams
  3. Garlic 2 cloves
  4. Carrot 1 piece
  5. Potato 1 piece
  6. Green beans 5 pieces
  7. Tomato ½ piece
  8. Spring onion 1 stalk
  9. Celery 1 stalk
  10. Salt ¼ tsp
  11. Water 500 ml

Preparation Steps

  1. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Peel and cut them as desired.
  2. Boil water in a pot. Set aside.
  3. Sauté the garlic with a little oil until fragrant.
  4. Add the boiling water to the sautéed garlic.
  5. Add the chicken, potatoes, and carrots, cooking until slightly tender.
  6. Add the chopped green beans, tomato, celery, and spring onion.
  7. Add the seasoning and adjust to taste.
  8. Rainbow Edamame Soup is ready to be served.
