A delicious and healthy Indonesian dish, here’s Rainbow Edamame Soup. This vegetable dish is made with chicken and a variety of vegetables, enriched with fiber-packed Edashi Edamame. Best enjoyed with its flavorful broth.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame 100 grams
- Chicken 80 grams
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Carrot 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Green beans 5 pieces
- Tomato ½ piece
- Spring onion 1 stalk
- Celery 1 stalk
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Water 500 ml
Preparation Steps
- Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Peel and cut them as desired.
- Boil water in a pot. Set aside.
- Sauté the garlic with a little oil until fragrant.
- Add the boiling water to the sautéed garlic.
- Add the chicken, potatoes, and carrots, cooking until slightly tender.
- Add the chopped green beans, tomato, celery, and spring onion.
- Add the seasoning and adjust to taste.
- Rainbow Edamame Soup is ready to be served.
