One of Indonesia’s signature dishes featuring Edashi’s collaboration, Stir-Fried Minced Meat with Edamame. Made from a combination of two brands, Edashi Edamame and Sago Flour, along with beef and carrots. It has a delicious taste, an aromatic broth, and is sure to boost your appetite.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame 300 grams
- Sago Flour 1 tsp
- Beef 250 grams
- Carrot 100 grams
- Chopped onion 3 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 3 cloves
- Cooking oil 3 tbsp
- Beef stock 50 ml
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin and chop. Set aside.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the minced beef, salt, and pepper, then cook until done.
- Add the beef stock and sago flour, then cook until it thickens.
- Stir-Fried Minced Meat with Edamame is ready to be served.
