One of Indonesia’s signature dishes featuring Edashi’s collaboration, Stir-Fried Minced Meat with Edamame. Made from a combination of two brands, Edashi Edamame and Sago Flour, along with beef and carrots. It has a delicious taste, an aromatic broth, and is sure to boost your appetite.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame 300 grams
  2. Sago Flour 1 tsp
  3. Beef 250 grams
  4. Carrot 100 grams
  5. Chopped onion 3 tbsp
  6. Chopped garlic 3 cloves
  7. Cooking oil 3 tbsp
  8. Beef stock 50 ml

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin and chop. Set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the minced beef, salt, and pepper, then cook until done.
  4. Add the beef stock and sago flour, then cook until it thickens.
  5. Stir-Fried Minced Meat with Edamame is ready to be served.
