Ingredients
- Sago croutons, 100 grams
- Cherry tomatoes, 5 pieces
- Mixed lettuce, 200 grams
- Edashi edamame, 100 grams
- Salad dressing, 3 tbsp
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the edamame.
- Arrange the washed lettuce leaves on a plate.
- Add the cherry tomato slices and cooked edamame.
- Add the sago croutons to the salad.
- Serve with salad dressing.
