Introducing Edashi’s unique fried snack, Roasted Sesame Edamame. Made from protein-rich Edashi Edamame and roasted with a blend of sesame seasonings, it offers a crispy texture and a delightful aroma.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi edamame, 100 grams
  2. Sesame seeds, 1 tsp
  3. Salt, 1⁄4 tsp
  4. Pepper, 1⁄4 tsp
  5. Stock powder (to taste), 1⁄2 tsp
  6. Sesame oil, 1 tbsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and place them on a baking tray.
  3. Roast at 150°C (300°F) for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Roasted sesame edamame is ready to serve.
