The cold weather calls for a warm meal! Here’s Edashi Hot Pot, a comforting dish made with protein-packed Edamame Edashi, along with a variety of vegetables and toppings of your choice.

Ingredients

  1. Edamame Edashi 75 grams
  2. Pakcoy 6 leaves
  3. Carrot 50 grams
  4. Enoki mushrooms 35 grams
  5. Shimeji mushrooms 35 grams
  6. Onion 20 grams
  7. Sliced beef 50 grams
  8. Miso paste 30 grams
  9. Hondashi 10 grams
  10. Warm water 500 ml

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skins. Set aside.
  2. Wash and clean all fresh ingredients, then arrange them in a pot. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the broth by mixing miso paste, hondashi, and warm water until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the broth into the pot, then cook until it boils and the meat is cooked through.
  5. Hot pot is ready to serve.
