The cold weather calls for a warm meal! Here’s Edashi Hot Pot, a comforting dish made with protein-packed Edamame Edashi, along with a variety of vegetables and toppings of your choice.
Ingredients
- Edamame Edashi 75 grams
- Pakcoy 6 leaves
- Carrot 50 grams
- Enoki mushrooms 35 grams
- Shimeji mushrooms 35 grams
- Onion 20 grams
- Sliced beef 50 grams
- Miso paste 30 grams
- Hondashi 10 grams
- Warm water 500 ml
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skins. Set aside.
- Wash and clean all fresh ingredients, then arrange them in a pot. Set aside.
- Prepare the broth by mixing miso paste, hondashi, and warm water until fully dissolved.
- Pour the broth into the pot, then cook until it boils and the meat is cooked through.
- Hot pot is ready to serve.
