Tortilla Pasta, a delicious and healthy dish made from a blend of gluten-free Tapioca flour Tortilla, flavorful Edamame Edashi, melting Mozzarella cheese, and savory Smoked Beef.

Ingredients

A. Wrapper

  1. Tapioca flour 100 grams
  2. Water 100 grams
  3. Green onion 1 stalk

B.Tortilla

  1. Tapioca flour wrappers 6-8 pieces
  2. Eggs 2 pieces
  3. Milk ½ cup
  4. Salt ¼ tsp
  5. Mozzarella cheese 80 grams
  6. Parsley to taste
  7. Smoked beef 10 slices

Preparation Steps

  1. Make the wrapper by mixing 50 grams of tapioca flour with 100 ml of water, cook over medium heat until it thickens.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a mixer, then add 50 grams of tapioca flour.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then roll it out thin and cut into squares.
  4. Cook the shaped dough on a pan until evenly cooked. Set aside.
  5. Place and fold the tapioca wrapper onto a baking tray.
  6. Insert slices of smoked beef between the folds of the tortilla.
  7. Whisk all the ingredients until well combined.
  8. Pour the mixed batter evenly over the tortilla.
  9. Bake at 200°C until golden and cooked through.
