One of the traditional dishes that can be an inspiration for kids who are picky eaters, here is Edamame Fried Vermicelli. This dish is made from a combination of protein-rich Edamame Edashi and gluten-free tapioca flour, along with a variety of vegetables to taste, shrimp, and eggs.

Ingredients

  1. Edamame Edashi 100 grams
  2. Tapioca flour 1 tbsp
  3. Corn 100 grams
  4. Shrimp 120 grams
  5. Vermicelli noodles 250 grams
  6. Green onion 1 stalk
  7. Carrot 1 piece
  8. Egg 1 piece
  9. Salt ½ tsp
  10. Pepper ½ tsp
  11. Water ¼ tsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skins. Set aside.
  2. Boil the vermicelli noodles until cooked, then cut them into shorter pieces.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and stir until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls or any shape you prefer.
  5. Fry over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Drain excess oil.
  6. The Edamame Fried Vermicelli is ready to serve!
