One of the traditional dishes that can be an inspiration for kids who are picky eaters, here is Edamame Fried Vermicelli. This dish is made from a combination of protein-rich Edamame Edashi and gluten-free tapioca flour, along with a variety of vegetables to taste, shrimp, and eggs.
Ingredients
- Edamame Edashi 100 grams
- Tapioca flour 1 tbsp
- Corn 100 grams
- Shrimp 120 grams
- Vermicelli noodles 250 grams
- Green onion 1 stalk
- Carrot 1 piece
- Egg 1 piece
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Water ¼ tsp
Preparation Steps
- Soak the Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skins. Set aside.
- Boil the vermicelli noodles until cooked, then cut them into shorter pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients together and stir until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or any shape you prefer.
- Fry over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Drain excess oil.
- The Edamame Fried Vermicelli is ready to serve!
