A healthy snack made from a blend of Edashi Edamame, ginger, and sesame, offering a savory texture and a distinctive aroma.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi edamame, 200 grams
  2. Garlic, 1 clove
  3. Ginger, 15 grams
  4. Stock powder, 1⁄2 tsp
  5. Salt, 1⁄2 tsp
  6. Ground pepper, 1⁄4 tsp
  7. Sesame oil, 1⁄2 tsp
  8. Cooking oil, 1 tbsp
  9. Sesame seeds, to taste
  10. Water, 10 ml

Preparation Steps

  1. Finely chop the garlic and ginger, set aside.
  2. Heat the oil, then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the ginger to the pan, then add the sesame oil.
  4. Add the broth, salt, pepper, stock powder, and sugar, and stir until well combined.
  5. Add the Edashi edamame and mix until evenly coated.
  6. Remove the sesame ginger edamame from the heat and transfer to a plate.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve, ready to enjoy.
