A healthy snack made from a blend of Edashi Edamame, ginger, and sesame, offering a savory texture and a distinctive aroma.
Ingredients
- Edashi edamame, 200 grams
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Ginger, 15 grams
- Stock powder, 1⁄2 tsp
- Salt, 1⁄2 tsp
- Ground pepper, 1⁄4 tsp
- Sesame oil, 1⁄2 tsp
- Cooking oil, 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds, to taste
- Water, 10 ml
Preparation Steps
- Finely chop the garlic and ginger, set aside.
- Heat the oil, then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ginger to the pan, then add the sesame oil.
- Add the broth, salt, pepper, stock powder, and sugar, and stir until well combined.
- Add the Edashi edamame and mix until evenly coated.
- Remove the sesame ginger edamame from the heat and transfer to a plate.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve, ready to enjoy.
