Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame – 50 grams
  2. Water – 50 ml
  3. Sago Flour – 1 tablespoon
  4. Milk – 350 ml
  5. Sugar – 60 grams
  6. Egg Yolk – 1 piece
  7. Vanilla Extract – ¼ teaspoon

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin.
  2. Blend the peeled Edamame Edashi with milk until smooth and well mixed, then strain and collect the liquid.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together, then stir until well combined.
  4. Cook the mixture over medium heat until it thickens and is fully cooked.
  5. The Edamame Fla is ready to serve.
