A healthy dessert snack that’s good for your gut, Edamame Fla. This dish is made by combining sago flour and Edashi Edamame, creating a chewy and delicious texture.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame – 50 grams
- Water – 50 ml
- Sago Flour – 1 tablespoon
- Milk – 350 ml
- Sugar – 60 grams
- Egg Yolk – 1 piece
- Vanilla Extract – ¼ teaspoon
Preparation Steps
- Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the skin.
- Blend the peeled Edamame Edashi with milk until smooth and well mixed, then strain and collect the liquid.
- Mix all the ingredients together, then stir until well combined.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat until it thickens and is fully cooked.
- The Edamame Fla is ready to serve.
