Edamame Roll Cake Cake, a delicious and satisfying snack. Made with gluten-free Sago Pancake Mix and Edashi Edamame, which is rich in protein and healthy, this cake has a soft texture that can be enjoyed by anyone.

Ingredients

  1. Sago Pancake Mix – 1 pack
  2. Eggs – 2 pieces
  3. Water – 150 ml
  4. Vegetable Oil – 4 tbsp
  5. Mascarpone Cheese – 100 grams
  6. Whipped Cream – 100 grams
  7. Sugar – 30 grams
  8. Lemon Juice – 4 grams
  9. Edashi Edamame – 100 grams
  10. Food Coloring – 3 drops

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel and roughly chop. Set aside.
  2. Mix eggs with water and vegetable oil, then stir until well combined.
  3. Add Sago Pancake Mix to the mixture, then stir again until smooth.
  4. Add food coloring and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. Pour one ladle of batter into the pan and spread it evenly across the surface.
  7. Cook until evenly done, then repeat until all the batter is used. Set aside.
  8. Whisk the powdered whipped cream with cold water until the mixture becomes stiff.
  9. Combine mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, sugar, lemon juice, and Edashi EdamameĀ®, then stir until well combined using a spatula.
  10. Layer the soft crepes, then spread the whipped cream mixture on top.
  11. Fold and roll slowly, then decorate as desired.
