Edamame Roll Cake Cake, a delicious and satisfying snack. Made with gluten-free Sago Pancake Mix and Edashi Edamame, which is rich in protein and healthy, this cake has a soft texture that can be enjoyed by anyone.
Ingredients
- Sago Pancake Mix – 1 pack
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Water – 150 ml
- Vegetable Oil – 4 tbsp
- Mascarpone Cheese – 100 grams
- Whipped Cream – 100 grams
- Sugar – 30 grams
- Lemon Juice – 4 grams
- Edashi Edamame – 100 grams
- Food Coloring – 3 drops
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel and roughly chop. Set aside.
- Mix eggs with water and vegetable oil, then stir until well combined.
- Add Sago Pancake Mix to the mixture, then stir again until smooth.
- Add food coloring and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour one ladle of batter into the pan and spread it evenly across the surface.
- Cook until evenly done, then repeat until all the batter is used. Set aside.
- Whisk the powdered whipped cream with cold water until the mixture becomes stiff.
- Combine mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, sugar, lemon juice, and Edashi EdamameĀ®, then stir until well combined using a spatula.
- Layer the soft crepes, then spread the whipped cream mixture on top.
- Fold and roll slowly, then decorate as desired.
