Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame 100 grams
- Curly lettuce 20 grams
- Japanese cucumber 35 grams
- Olives 10 grams
- Avocado 25 grams
- Mayonnaise 80 grams
- Sesame seeds 10 grams
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice ½ tablespoon
- Liquid sugar 1 tablespoon
- Green beans 30 grams
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the edamame. Set aside.
- Blend sesame seeds until finely ground. Set aside.
- Mix sesame oil, mayonnaise, ground sesame seeds, liquid sugar, and lemon juice, then stir until well combined.
- Cut the avocado, olives, lettuce, and green beans to your liking, then mix all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Edamame green salad is ready to be served.
