Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame 100 grams
  2. Curly lettuce 20 grams
  3. Japanese cucumber 35 grams
  4. Olives 10 grams
  5. Avocado 25 grams
  6. Mayonnaise 80 grams
  7. Sesame seeds 10 grams
  8. Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  9. Lemon juice ½ tablespoon
  10. Liquid sugar 1 tablespoon
  11. Green beans 30 grams

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the edamame. Set aside.
  2. Blend sesame seeds until finely ground. Set aside.
  3. Mix sesame oil, mayonnaise, ground sesame seeds, liquid sugar, and lemon juice, then stir until well combined.
  4. Cut the avocado, olives, lettuce, and green beans to your liking, then mix all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Edamame green salad is ready to be served.
