A quick and easy snack, Edashi-style: Edamame Omelet. Made from a mix of eggs and boiled Edashi Edamame, along with other spices, and rolled up. The texture is delicious, especially when dipped in chili sauce.

Ingredients

  1. Egg – 1
  2. Edashi Edamame – 25 grams
  3. Green onion – 1/2 stalk
  4. Garlic – 1 clove
  5. Red onion – 1 clove
  6. Carrot – 2 finger widths
  7. Ground pepper – 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  9. Seasoning – 1/4 tsp
  10. Water – 2 tbsp
  11. Oil – 1 tbsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the edamame.
  2. Slice or chop the green onion, garlic, red onion, and carrot into small pieces according to your preference.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, then pour the mixture into the pan. Flip the omelet, let it cook for about 1 minute, then roll it up and cook until fully done.
  5. Remove the omelet from the pan and cut it into pieces.
  6. The Edamame Omelet Roll is ready to enjoy.
