A quick and easy snack, Edashi-style: Edamame Omelet. Made from a mix of eggs and boiled Edashi Edamame, along with other spices, and rolled up. The texture is delicious, especially when dipped in chili sauce.
Ingredients
- Egg – 1
- Edashi Edamame – 25 grams
- Green onion – 1/2 stalk
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Red onion – 1 clove
- Carrot – 2 finger widths
- Ground pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Seasoning – 1/4 tsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the edamame.
- Slice or chop the green onion, garlic, red onion, and carrot into small pieces according to your preference.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, then pour the mixture into the pan. Flip the omelet, let it cook for about 1 minute, then roll it up and cook until fully done.
- Remove the omelet from the pan and cut it into pieces.
- The Edamame Omelet Roll is ready to enjoy.
