For ginger lovers, here’s a healthy snack made with edamame: Sesame Ginger Edamame. It’s made from a blend of edamame, ginger, and sesame. Delicious and full of aromatic spices!

Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame – 200 grams
  2. Garlic – 2 cloves
  3. Ginger – 10 grams
  4. Chicken broth – 30 ml
  5. Salt – 3 grams
  6. Pepper – 2 grams
  7. Chicken bouillon powder – 3 grams
  8. Sugar – 2 grams
  9. Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  10. Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  11. Sesame seeds – 2 grams

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes.
  2. Peel the Edashi Edamame and set aside.
  3. Toast the sesame seeds until they turn slightly golden, then set aside.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and ginger, then set aside.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add the ginger to the pan, then pour in the chicken broth and add sesame oil.
  7. Add salt, pepper, bouillon powder, and sugar, and stir until well combined.
  8. Add the peeled Edashi Edamame and mix until evenly coated.
  9. Remove from heat and serve the sesame ginger edamame on a plate.
  10. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
