For ginger lovers, here’s a healthy snack made with edamame: Sesame Ginger Edamame. It’s made from a blend of edamame, ginger, and sesame. Delicious and full of aromatic spices!
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame – 200 grams
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Ginger – 10 grams
- Chicken broth – 30 ml
- Salt – 3 grams
- Pepper – 2 grams
- Chicken bouillon powder – 3 grams
- Sugar – 2 grams
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds – 2 grams
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes.
- Peel the Edashi Edamame and set aside.
- Toast the sesame seeds until they turn slightly golden, then set aside.
- Finely chop the garlic and ginger, then set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ginger to the pan, then pour in the chicken broth and add sesame oil.
- Add salt, pepper, bouillon powder, and sugar, and stir until well combined.
- Add the peeled Edashi Edamame and mix until evenly coated.
- Remove from heat and serve the sesame ginger edamame on a plate.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
