Inspired by the idea that “Healthy Living Isn’t Hard,” here’s the healthiest snack: Edamame Salad. This dish features Edashi Edamame as the main ingredient, mixed with fresh vegetables and topped with your choice of salad dressing.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  1. Red oak lettuce – 100 grams
  2. Carrot – 40 grams
  3. Radish – 40 grams
  4. Edamame – 50 grams

    Dressing
  1. Garlic – 1 clove
  2. Black vinegar – 50 ml
  3. Vegetable oil – 10 ml
  4. Lemon juice – 20 ml
  5. Salt – 2 grams / 1/4 tsp
  6. Mixed herbs – 2 grams / 1/4 tsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Cut the washed red oak lettuce into pieces about 3 finger widths wide.
  2. Slice the cleaned carrot and radish lengthwise.
  3. Mix all the vegetables and peeled edamame in a bowl.
  4. Finely chop the garlic, then combine all the dressing ingredients into one and stir until well mixed.
  5. Pour the dressing over the prepared salad.
  6. The edamame salad is ready to serve.
