Inspired by the idea that “Healthy Living Isn’t Hard,” here’s the healthiest snack: Edamame Salad. This dish features Edashi Edamame as the main ingredient, mixed with fresh vegetables and topped with your choice of salad dressing.
Ingredients
Vegetables
- Red oak lettuce – 100 grams
- Carrot – 40 grams
- Radish – 40 grams
- Edamame – 50 grams
Dressing
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Black vinegar – 50 ml
- Vegetable oil – 10 ml
- Lemon juice – 20 ml
- Salt – 2 grams / 1/4 tsp
- Mixed herbs – 2 grams / 1/4 tsp
Preparation Steps
- Cut the washed red oak lettuce into pieces about 3 finger widths wide.
- Slice the cleaned carrot and radish lengthwise.
- Mix all the vegetables and peeled edamame in a bowl.
- Finely chop the garlic, then combine all the dressing ingredients into one and stir until well mixed.
- Pour the dressing over the prepared salad.
- The edamame salad is ready to serve.
