One of Edashi’s healthy and practical snacks, here is Edamame Salted Egg. Using Edashi Edamame, which is rich in protein, magnesium, and iron, combined with salted egg powder, it creates a delicious and aromatic flavor.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame – 100 grams
- Salted egg powder – 1 sachet
- Margarine – 35 grams
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Bird’s eye chili – 2
- Kaffir lime leaves – 5 leaves
Preparation Steps
- Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Melt the margarine, then sauté the chopped garlic and chili until fragrant.
- Add the salted egg powder and stir until well combined.
- Add the edamame and continue sautéing until the seasoning is evenly mixed.
- Add the kaffir lime leaves and stir again.
- The Edamame Salted Egg is ready to serve.
