Preparation Steps
- Slice the banana and mango, then store them in the freezer for 24 hours.
- Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel them. Store in the freezer for 24 hours.
- Blend the frozen banana, frozen mango, Edashi Edamame, and fresh milk until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
