Preparation Steps

  1. Slice the banana and mango, then store them in the freezer for 24 hours.
  2. Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel them. Store in the freezer for 24 hours.
  3. Blend the frozen banana, frozen mango, Edashi Edamame, and fresh milk until smooth.
