One of the healthy and rare snacks you won’t find just anywhere, here’s Honey Butter Edamame. Made from Edashi Edamame, which is safe and rich in protein and folic acid. It’s perfect for snacking while you work.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame – 100 grams
- Carrot – 50 grams
- Butter – 50 grams
- Honey – 50 grams
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Water – 150 ml
Preparation Steps
- Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel and chop. Set aside.
- Wash the carrot, then dice it and boil until slightly soft.
- Heat a pan and add the butter, then sauté the edamame and carrot until fragrant.
- Add the honey, and stir until well combined.
- Add the salt and black pepper, stir again until evenly mixed.
- The Honey Butter Edamame is ready to serve.
