Edamame Bean Porridge, the healthiest snack perfect for warming up your body. This dish is made from Edashi Edamame, which contains folic acid.
Ingredients
- Edamame Edashi 150 grams
- Water 250 ml
- Palm sugar 60 grams
- Coconut milk 100 ml
- Granulated sugar 40 grams
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ginger 2 cm
- Pandan leaf 1 piece
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain and peel the skin. Set aside.
- Combine water, palm sugar, granulated sugar, pandan leaf, and salt, then cook until everything is completely dissolved.
- Add the peeled edamame and coconut milk into the sugar mixture.
- Cook over low heat while stirring gently to prevent the coconut milk from separating, until fully cooked.
- Edamame Bean Porridge is ready to be served.
