Edamame Bean Porridge, the healthiest snack perfect for warming up your body. This dish is made from Edashi Edamame, which contains folic acid.

Ingredients

  1. Edamame Edashi 150 grams
  2. Water 250 ml
  3. Palm sugar 60 grams
  4. Coconut milk 100 ml
  5. Granulated sugar 40 grams
  6. Salt ½ tsp
  7. Ginger 2 cm
  8. Pandan leaf 1 piece

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edamame Edashi in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain and peel the skin. Set aside.
  2. Combine water, palm sugar, granulated sugar, pandan leaf, and salt, then cook until everything is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the peeled edamame and coconut milk into the sugar mixture.
  4. Cook over low heat while stirring gently to prevent the coconut milk from separating, until fully cooked.
  5. Edamame Bean Porridge is ready to be served.
