Ingredients
- Edashi edamame 100 grams
- Sugar 70 grams
- Water 200 grams
- Plain jelly powder 5 grams
Preparation Steps
- Soak Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the edamame.
- Mix the peeled Edashi edamame, sugar, water, and jelly powder. Then blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Cook the blended mixture until it boils.
- Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool at room temperature.
- Edamame jelly is ready to be enjoyed.
