One of the sweet desserts that’s just as healthy for your body, here is Edamame Jelly. Made from Edashi Edamame mixed with jelly powder.

Ingredients

  1. Edashi edamame 100 grams
  2. Sugar 70 grams
  3. Water 200 grams
  4. Plain jelly powder 5 grams

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak Edashi edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel the edamame.
  2. Mix the peeled Edashi edamame, sugar, water, and jelly powder. Then blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Cook the blended mixture until it boils.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool at room temperature.
  5. Edamame jelly is ready to be enjoyed.
