Celebrate the moment filled with love with a sweet and healthy snack, Teng-Teng Valentine. Made from crispy edamame and decorated with chocolate toppings or according to your preference.
Ingredients
- Crispy Edamame 100g
- Granulated sugar 80g
- Ginger 15g
- Margarine 1/2 tsp
- Chocolate for decoration
Preparation Steps
- Chop the Crispy Edamame and set aside.
- Clean the ginger, peel it, chop it, and roast it. Set aside.
- Heat the granulated sugar over low heat. Stir occasionally as the sugar begins to melt. Continue heating until the sugar turns into caramel.
- Once the sugar has melted into caramel, add the margarine and stir until well combined.
- Turn off the heat and add the Crispy Edamame and roasted ginger. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into molds or a baking dish.
- Coat and decorate with melted chocolate, then chill until it hardens.
- The Teng Teng Edamame is ready to serve.
