Celebrate the moment filled with love with a sweet and healthy snack, Teng-Teng Valentine. Made from crispy edamame and decorated with chocolate toppings or according to your preference.

Ingredients

  1. Crispy Edamame 100g
  2. Granulated sugar 80g
  3. Ginger 15g
  4. Margarine 1/2 tsp
  5. Chocolate for decoration

Preparation Steps

  1. Chop the Crispy Edamame and set aside.
  2. Clean the ginger, peel it, chop it, and roast it. Set aside.
  3. Heat the granulated sugar over low heat. Stir occasionally as the sugar begins to melt. Continue heating until the sugar turns into caramel.
  4. Once the sugar has melted into caramel, add the margarine and stir until well combined.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the Crispy Edamame and roasted ginger. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a baking dish.
  7. Coat and decorate with melted chocolate, then chill until it hardens.
  8. The Teng Teng Edamame is ready to serve.
