Introducing Teng-Teng Edamame, a practical and healthy snack suitable for all ages. Made with Edashi Edamame, which is rich in protein and vitamin K.

Ingredients

  1. Crispy edamame 100 grams
  2. Granulated sugar 80 grams
  3. Ginger 15 grams
  4. Margarine 1/2 tsp

Preparation Steps

  1. Chop the crispy edamame. Set aside.
  2. Wash the ginger, peel, chop, and toast it. Set aside.
  3. Heat the granulated sugar over low heat. Stir as the sugar begins to melt. Continue heating until it turns into caramel.
  4. Once the sugar has melted and turned into caramel, add the margarine and stir well.
  5. Turn off the heat, then add the crispy edamame and toasted ginger. Stir until well mixed.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold or baking tray.
  7. The Teng-Teng Edamame is ready to serve.
