One of the traditional fried snacks, Fried Edamame Dates. This dish is made from a blend of gluten-free Sapapua sago flour and protein-rich Edashi Edamame. The texture and taste of this snack are delicious, healthy, and nutritious.
Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame 100 grams
- Dates 25 pieces
- Sapapua Sago® 100 grams
- Rice flour 100 grams
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Eggs 1 piece
- Water as needed
- Salt
Preparation Steps
- Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Set aside.
- Cut the dates in half and remove the pits, then stuff them with the peeled edamame.
- Mix the Sapapua sago with rice flour, sugar, salt, egg, and water, then stir until well combined.
- Dip and coat the stuffed dates with the flour mixture.
- Fry over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Drain excess oil.
- The Fried Edamame Dates are ready to serve.
