Ingredients
- Edashi Edamame 500 grams
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Liquid milk 45 ml
- Steamed potatoes 75 grams
- Corn kernels 100 grams
- Spinach 100 grams
- Cheese 100 grams
- Button mushrooms 50 grams
- Onion 50 grams
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground pepper 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder ½ teaspoon
- Cooking oil 2 tablespoons
Preparation Steps
- Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Set aside.
- Steam the cleaned potatoes until tender, then slice them into rounds. Set aside.
- Beat the eggs until well combined. Set aside.
- Sauté the onion over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms to the sauté and cook until wilted. Set aside.
- Add the sautéed mixture to the beaten eggs and stir until well combined.
- Add the peeled Edashi Edamame, spinach, corn kernels, milk, salt, baking powder, ground pepper, and cheese, then stir until everything is well mixed.
- Heat the oil, then arrange the potatoes in the pan.
- Pour the Frittata mixture over the potatoes and cook over medium heat until partially set, then lower the heat. Cover the pan and cook until the frittata is fully set.
- The Frittata is ready to serve.
