Ingredients

  1. Edashi Edamame 500 grams
  2. Eggs 4 pieces
  3. Liquid milk 45 ml
  4. Steamed potatoes 75 grams
  5. Corn kernels 100 grams
  6. Spinach 100 grams
  7. Cheese 100 grams
  8. Button mushrooms 50 grams
  9. Onion 50 grams
  10. Salt ½ teaspoon
  11. Ground pepper 1 teaspoon
  12. Baking powder ½ teaspoon
  13. Cooking oil 2 tablespoons

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the Edashi Edamame in hot water for 2 minutes, then peel off the skin. Set aside.
  2. Steam the cleaned potatoes until tender, then slice them into rounds. Set aside.
  3. Beat the eggs until well combined. Set aside.
  4. Sauté the onion over medium heat until fragrant.
  5. Add the mushrooms to the sauté and cook until wilted. Set aside.
  6. Add the sautéed mixture to the beaten eggs and stir until well combined.
  7. Add the peeled Edashi Edamame, spinach, corn kernels, milk, salt, baking powder, ground pepper, and cheese, then stir until everything is well mixed.
  8. Heat the oil, then arrange the potatoes in the pan.
  9. Pour the Frittata mixture over the potatoes and cook over medium heat until partially set, then lower the heat. Cover the pan and cook until the frittata is fully set.
  10. The Frittata is ready to serve.
